Attached are the photos of Foofa (the amazing yummy cake) to include in your
portfolio. Sorry it took me a wee bit long to send them. We loved it, I
still have the head and froze it. The third photo was a shot of Foofa's
remnants (it was heartbreaking!!).

for doing such an amazing job. I did not expect the flower arrangement
on the cake to look as spectacular as it did I was so impressed! The cake
tasted even better than it looked and that alone looked pretty difficult to
compete with. We got tons of compliments on the design and colors and

Ok so I have 2 things to thank you for.

1. The Bride & Groom couldn’t be happier both for the Taste and the Look of the Cupcakes. Super Cute and Tasted PHENOMINAL! I took home the left overs ;) had
1 this morning 9am – 1 went in my fiancés Lunch and another as I write this
e-mail ;)

2. Got a call from my fiancé this afternoon stating that we MUST have these things in
our Wedding for the Mid-Night Buffet ;) Ha Ha “These Things” are called
Cupcakes Hun… He doesn’t care what they are called all he cares is that you
make them and they are at our Wedding.

I was at a loss for words when my mum showed me the cake... I had no idea you
would replicate exactly what I wanted. I usually have very high
expectations and you honestly surpassed anything that I could have
imagined. Everyone was in awe yesterday, and the kitchen staff at the
restaurant couldn't stop talking about it either. Thank you so much for
helping me make last night special for my boyfriend. You are very
talented, and I seriously couldn't imagine a better person to get my wedding
cake made from except that I won't be needing one for a little

Hi Jenni,

 

I was happy to see pictures of the cake right
away!

Oh my gosh! The cake was absolutely delicious! I loved every bite
(and still am).I have a piece sitting in the fridge for tomorrow and
it's still really fresh!We don't have all the photos back from the
photographer, but I've attached a couple to give you an idea of things.
But really, I couldn't have asked for a better looking, better tasting cake
EVER! We were all so thrilled and I'm not exaggerating.

cupcakes and our top cake. The presentation that you did up for us fit right
into our wedding and looked amazing. They also tasted great! We've been eating

so much for doing such a great job on our cupcake wedding cake.
It was so cute and the first time we saw it and we were proud to display
it as our "main" dessert feature. It was also a hit with all the
guests... so much that I think one of the guests helped themselves to the
topper as well... hehehe... There is still enough though for our first
anniversary. Through the planning stages you were very easy to work with
and helped bring to life what we had imagined. Oh and the little bear
on the top of the birthday girl's cake was adorable. I think they want to
freeze it and take it back home with them.

We loved the cake, it was decorated amazingly and exactly how we discussed it. The buttercream frosting was better than I've ever had and the cake had rave reviews - even seconds were requested the next day at the gift opening! When we were serving the cake to each other at the cutting we smashed cake in each others faces and I got frosting up my nose! And the leftover cake that was smashed was put on the table and we liked it so much that we ate the broken pieces too. Anyways, thank you so much for an amazing cake that we were proud to have at our wedding. We look forward to finishing it on our anniversary (we might not wait a whole year, we'll see about 6 months). The Baers 2006

Jenni is a dream to deal with! I had been to many different places and people before I was passed her card and not only was her cakes awesome they were in my budget which isn't what could be said of these other places. We served the cake and it went in a flash we were hoping to have some left for the gift opening the next day there was only 1/2 of a layer left and it went just as fast the next day!
